“I’m fine.” How many times a day do we say that? Really think about it, I know I use it as a default more then I should and honestly that’s not ok.

About me

I have always used writing as a way to help with my stress and anxiety but have always done so in a private way, mostly through journaling. I don’t have much experience with blogging but wanted to give it a try. I’m a 35 year old stay at home wife, caregiver to my 80 year old SS father in law and mother to my almost 2 year old autistic son and 6 month old daughter.
